Before we even take a look at how your site can be created, you need to get a thorough understanding of exactly what we are offering you.

You only need to have the desire to sell your products and the ability to deliver them. Rate Configurations
We offer low rates to design your site. We keep our overhead low and we all benefit from this.

Web Site Design
Our hourly design rate is $35.00 an hour. That's $10 to $20 an hour less than standard industry rates.

For any size job, you must provide the bulk of any text you wish to be part of the site and you must provide any product photographs, logos or specific graphics you wish to use. Information provided will be expected to be organized and easily understood. We will generate any and all additional graphics as needed for the purpose of site enhancement.

Contract Guidelines

You pay for a minimum of 40 hours or $1400.00 towards your site design.
If you don't already have a site or Domain Name, we can also include the the domain name registration and setup costs for only $35.
For brand new websites, using our servers, we will provide FREE server and e-mail setup and we will absorb all monthly server charges, during the construction phase of the website.

We we will provide the following services:

We will coordinate with you via e-mail, fax, phone or mail and layout a preliminary design.
Upon approval of the design concept, we will commence with the website publishing and programming.
As certain milestones are reached, we will seek your approval of the design progress. Additional payments will be requested prior to diminishing your account.
Upon completion, we will submit your site to the top Search Engines such as Google, Lycos, Infoseek, Excite, Hot Bottom, Alta Vista and Web Crawler and will also provide search engine paid inclusion options and pay-per-click advice on getting your website promoted properly..
At no time will work commence without prompt payment. Since the average business site takes about 160 hours to design, we highly suggest you pay for the first 80 hours up front so that there are no unnecessary delays.
Updates and revisions will be charged at the same hourly rate for one year.

After construction is complete, you can keep the website on our servers for the very low fees as shown below.

Payment Methods

Check or money-order is the preferred method since the amounts involved are often very high.
Payment by credit card is acceptable, however, our payment methods above do not include the average of 5% we lose through providing credit card payments, so an additional 5% would be added to the total charge.
