Ads on our Home Page are set in the far right hand column, starting above the fold of the page and extending below the fold of the page. The ads in this section are shuffled with each page view so that every ad has equal opportunity to be above the fold and nearer the top of the page, but no single ad maintains constant appearance above or below the fold. The ad program randomly selects to show either your text or graphic ad.

• These ads are geared towards home and garden related needs of consumers. Our greatest audience is from individuals with home and garden interests.
• Since all ads are shuffled by a JavaScript, these links are not a source for search engine popularity, however, a hard-coded text version of your link will be placed near the bottom of the our home page to ensure search engines can follow your link to your web site.
• Current pricing is based upon a $1.50 CPM (cost per thousand impressions) for a 120*60 graphic area and 20 character title with 60 character decription. As your graphic height and text area increases, so does your CPM, to a maximum of $3.50 CPM for a 120*240 sized graphic with a 40 character title and 150 character description. Even our highest rate is below the industry average threshhold of $5.00 CPM. Placing ads for 3, 6 or 12 month periods can also help to reduce your overall CPM by up to 25% .
• All ads are both graphic and text based and can be of .gif or .jpg format. Gif images can be animated, but a file size of 25,000 bytes cannot be exceeded. Text options also vary with the image size selected.
• All ads are placed on a monthly basis, creating ad durations from 28 to 31 days, depending upon the actual number of days that month.
• Your ad will begin placement within 30 days, starting on the 15th of this month or the 1st of the following month. If we are unable to place your ad within 30 days, you will be notified so that you can either agree to start on the following month or receive a refund in full.
