Alex Fleming and Ben Hodge - Alex Fleming has a bachelors degree from the University of Akron in Elementary Education, taught mathematics, social studies, science, and language arts to students ages 10 - 14, coached middle school athletics; boys basketball and girls track and successfully implemented numerous organizational strategies with hundreds of students and parents.

Ben Hodge has a bachelors degree from the Baldwin-Wallace College in Elementary Education, taught mathematics, social studies, science, and language arts to students ages 10 - 14, was an assistant principal in a 7th and 8th grade building consisting of 675 students and was successful in carrying out many organizational strategies with handicap, special education, and at risk students.
