Shipped Products
Products that are shipped can be returned within 15 days for a full refund.NOTES:
- Since some our products may be sent directly from the manufacturer to your home, returning a product directly to us will cause delays in receiving a credit or replacement product. Always contact us first when returning a product and we will provide detailed instructions on how to go about it in the best way.
- There are no refunds on items that are personalized. Personalized products can only be replaced if damaged during shipping.
